2. License and Usage Rights

When you purchase a digital product (Source Code, Script, or Template), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license strictly for your use.

• You CAN modify the code for personal or client projects.
• You CANNOT resell, redistribute, or share the source code "as-is" on other marketplaces.
• Unauthorized distribution of our intellectual property will result in immediate legal action and account termination.

3. Payments & Transactions

All prices are listed in INR/USD. We use secure third-party payment gateways (like Instamojo/Razorpay) to process transactions. Amit Code Hub does not store your credit/debit card details. All payments undertaken by you are at your own risk and volition.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products (downloadable software), all sales are final. Refunds are only considered in cases where the file is corrupt or undeliverable, provided it is reported within 24 hours. Please review our full Refund Policy before purchasing.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our services and products are provided "as is". Amit Code Hub shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to data loss or business interruptions.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and defined in accordance with the laws of India. Amit Code Hub and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
